Refund and Returns Policy.

At agrrrrr.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your apparel purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we are here to help.

1. Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order and return any unworn, unwashed clothing items within 14 days from the day you received your package, without giving any reason.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
• It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us via email at hello@agrrrrr.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address in Vilnius, Lithuania via email.

Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (processed securely via Paysera) within 5–10 business days.

5. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at hello@agrrrrr.com. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the standard return process.
